2. What HUNTA Is

HUNTA is a digital platform that allows users ("Players") to participate in location-based treasure hunts created by independent creators ("Creators"). HUNTA:

• Provides a digital interface and platform only
• Does not supervise or guide Hunts
• Does not verify or inspect real-world locations
• Does not control physical environments where Hunts occur

All Hunts take place in real-world environments outside the control of HUNTA.

3. Role of Hunt Creators

Hunts are created by independent users known as Creators. Creators design clues and routes, select locations, and publish Hunts on the platform. Creators are not employees, agents, or representatives of HUNTA. HUNTA does not control or verify the accuracy, safety, or suitability of Hunts created by Creators.

4. Participation at Your Own Risk

By playing a Hunt you acknowledge that:

• Participation is voluntary
• You take part entirely at your own risk
• Real-world exploration involves inherent risks including traffic and road hazards, uneven surfaces or terrain, weather conditions, physical exertion, and interaction with other people or environments

You are responsible for evaluating whether a Hunt is suitable for you before participating. You must stop playing immediately if conditions become unsafe.

5. Safety Responsibilities

While playing a Hunt you agree to:

• Remain aware of your surroundings at all times
• Follow all local laws and regulations
• Respect private property and restricted areas
• Avoid trespassing or dangerous behaviour
• Follow instructions from authorities or property owners
• Use the app responsibly and not while driving, cycling, or operating machinery

HUNTA does not guarantee that any location used in a Hunt is safe or suitable.

6. Children and Supervision

• Players under 18 years of age must be supervised by a responsible adult
• Parents or guardians are fully responsible for the safety of minors and their participation in Hunts
• HUNTA does not provide supervision for children

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HUNTA's total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid to play a Hunt. HUNTA shall not be liable for indirect losses, consequential losses, loss of enjoyment, or loss of opportunity. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where such exclusion is prohibited by law.

10. Purchases and Payments

Some Hunts may require payment to access. Payments may be processed through third-party providers including Apple App Store, Google Play Store, Stripe or other payment providers. These providers may apply transaction fees. HUNTA does not control these third-party payment systems. Refunds and payment processing may be subject to the policies of the relevant platform provider.

11. Artificial Intelligence Features

The HUNTA platform may include AI features used to assist in generating Hunt content. AI-generated information may not always be accurate. HUNTA does not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of AI-generated content. Players should use their own judgment when following Hunt clues or instructions.

12. Platform Availability

HUNTA aims to keep the platform available at all times but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. The platform may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, technical issues, or failures of third-party services.

13. User Conduct

You agree not to misuse the platform, interfere with the operation of the app, attempt to reverse engineer the platform, harass other users or creators, or upload harmful or illegal content. Violation of these rules may result in account suspension or termination.

14. Intellectual Property

All platform software, branding, logos, designs and technology are the property of HUNTA S.R.L. You may not copy, distribute or reproduce any part of the platform without permission.

15. No Emergency Services

HUNTA is not an emergency service.

The platform does not provide monitoring, rescue, or emergency assistance. If you require emergency assistance you must contact local emergency services immediately.

16. Changes to These Terms

HUNTA may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be published within the platform. You may be required to accept updated Terms before continuing to use the platform.

17. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Italy. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Italian courts.
